Naked 21-year-old man attacked a 92-year-old woman
The 21-year-old man attacked the 92-year-old woman in her flat and took her money. The amount he stole does not reach 15 EUR. Was it worth it? Shocking details about the issue are in the article below!
According to index.hu, the local public prosecutor’s office in Balassagyarmat raised charges against a 21-year-old man from Endrefalva. They claim that first, the man showed himself naked in the woman’s flat. Then he stole money from her. The man committed the crime last November when he entered the house of the 92-year-old woman, drunk. There he dropped his pants to the floor and asked the woman to touch his genitalia.
The woman refused and asked the man to leave her apartment immediately. Instead, he started to wander around in the house with his pants down. He realized the dreaded woman kept her purse beneath her pillow. Therefore, he took it and grabbed the money he found inside. In the end,
he left the flat with his loot, 4,500 HUF (EUR 12.66).Â
The Balassagyarmat prosecutor’s office charges him with indecent exposure, trespassing and robbery. Furthermore, they asked the court to sentence him to prison and suspend his civil rights. If the man admits the charges during the preparatory sitting and waives his right to a trial, the court can sentence him to 2 years and 3 months prison and may suspend his civil rights for three years.
Origo.hu reported today that police caught a man having eight arrest warrants in Budapest. Ervin Sz. specialized himself on dating sites, where he got acquainted with women. Then he persuaded them to buy valuable technical devices on credit. Police had eight arrest warrants against the 48-year-old man, including European and international ones. That was because he was convicted of fraud for five years and six months but refused to go to prison. Some women complained he had asked money from them but disappeared after he received the required sum.
